P&Q is built for the moments when communication stops being communication. When someone you’re still connected to is using words as weapons, when every message feels like a trap, when you’re not sure what to say or whether to say anything at all.

Inside, you’ll find three characters: Ruby, Roz, and Ruthie.

Ruby reads their messages and filters out what doesn’t require your energy. Roz takes what you want to say and makes it strategic, composed, and unassailable. Ruthie reflects your patterns back to you, gently or fiercely, you choose.

They are not therapists. They are not lawyers. They are the wise friend who reads the message, hands it back, and says: here’s what’s actually happening.
